General Questions
Most questions get answered faster than waiting for an email reply. If you’ve still got a specific question after that, the contact form at the bottom of this page comes straight through to us.
If you can’t find what you need, or you’ve got a question that needs a real answer from a real person, get in touch using the form below. We’re a small team based in Queensland, so responses come from someone who actually knows the product. Expect a reply within one business day.
How long does shipping take?
We stock common configurations and ship within 1-2 weeks. Less common drawer combinations are manufactured on demand and may take up to 6 weeks before shipping. You’ll receive confirmation of your expected ship date within 24 hours of placing your order.
Where do you ship to?
Australia-wide. Shipping cost and time depends on your location. Remote and regional areas may take longer and cost more. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Can I pick up from your warehouse?
Yes, local pickup is available from our Queensland office (address above). Select pickup at checkout and we’ll let you know when your order is ready.
Who makes Tek-Cases?
Tek Manufacturing Group Pty Ltd, trading as Tek-Case. Australian-owned, designed by our team in Queensland, manufactured by Australian fabrication partners. We’re a small operation focused on getting the product right rather than scaling rapidly.
Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?
For orders of three or more cabinets, contact us directly for pricing. We can also work with fleet operators and trade businesses on volume orders.
